When it comes to acrylic nails, this salon falls short. While their gel services are passable, acrylics are a different story. The manicurist ended up cutting me in two places due to rough filing. I had to point out errors in the nail leveling process, resulting in a bumpy and uneven finish. I typically see Chris and Sam for acupuncture and Max for massage therapy, and they have all been outstanding. Every provider here is highly skilled, professional, and genuinely invested in their patients' well-being. I am truly thankful for discovering this place. I strongly advise against booking wedding hair at this salon. I was utterly dismayed by how the proprietor styled us bridesmaids. Despite spending a significant amount of money here, we had to completely redo our own hair just an hour before the wedding. She was curt and pushy with all of us, leaving us uncomfortable to voice our concerns and request hair fixes. It is unbelievable that a professional would allow such subpar hair to leave their salon. If I could, I would give this salon zero stars. Here is the photo I provided for inspiration and the actual outcome of my hair. I thought it was a joke when she claimed I was finished and hurried me out of the chair. She owes the bride a refund. I am awaiting the owner's response, expecting her to shift blame onto us as seen in previous negative reviews. There is no justification for this level of service.About

I had a dreadful time. I visited for a lash lift that typically lasts 45 mins, but it dragged on for over 90 mins. The technicians kept tending to other clients, prolonging the process. In the end, the glue got stuck to my lashes. The technician struggled to remove it, causing me discomfort.
