**I hold a strong bias towards the work of Alex. I started my journey with Alex back in 1980, as a client, a student, and to assist in expanding their clientele. I have witnessed the Growth of the NeuroMuscular Center from a yoga mat to a fully equipped healing space. Whenever I encounter a colleague, student, friend, or family member facing a physical ailment, I promptly direct them to The NeuroMuscular Center. Personally, I have dealt with various muscle and back strains that Alex has promptly healed. I recommended a male with fasciitis in his foot, a relative with a kidney condition who thought his days were numbered - he's still around, as cantankerous as ever! A male with chronic back pain who has successfully returned to work. Alex worked with him both physically and mentally, instilling the confidence he needed to resume work. Upon learning about Alex's practice, I undertook their Development Course and have integrated it into my Psychology Courses in College ever since. My recent visit was a nightmare, and I won't return. Despite previous satisfactory visits, this time was a disaster. I went for a Gel-X soak off, which took nearly two hours. I was passed between technicians, mainly the owner/manager who seemed inexperienced, cut me with the dremel, and used her nails instead of tools. The job was incomplete, and Judy finished it rudely, shaking my arm forcefully. Cuticles were left unattended, no polish was applied, yet I was charged $49 for a "manicure" I didn't receive. The manager pressured me to tip via Venmo. It's a pity because other technicians seemed nice, but witnessing a client wait for an hour past their appointment time was unacceptable.
