Sage was incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and gentle, and I've never witnessed such meticulous attention to detail in transforming my nails into Pinterest-worthy inspiration! I didn't feel like a mere customer but rather a VIP client, even though I spontaneously walked in to have my extensions removed. Since I had the day off, Sage was able to take her time and ensure everything was perfect. Finally, my cuticles are no longer rough, and now I'm motivated to maintain them that way. I purchased a voucher for $38 for a 60-minute deep tissue massage with hot stones. The regular price for the massage on the website is $48. Upon arrival, they insisted on a $5 tax payment. Nowhere on the voucher does it mention this. They claim it's in the fine print??? When using a voucher, I have already paid for the service I am purchasing. I have used vouchers in the past for massages and have never been asked for a “tax”. This establishment seems to be trying to extract more money from clients. Furthermore, the therapist attempted to pressure me into leaving a tip before the treatment. When have you ever left a tip before receiving a service, especially a massage?! In the massage room, the table was very rigid, and the only covering available was a towel with stains. Lastly, the therapist never inquired about which areas I wanted to focus on. I ended up lying on my back for the entire 60 minutes. The massage itself was decent, but the customer service was lacking.
