I had awful tightness in my glutes and QL muscle. Revina has STRONG hands and was a pleasure to converse with during the session. She targeted the tightness more than any other massage I've ever experienced. There was some soreness the following day, but the chronic back pain I've endured for months is now GONE 4 days later. Disappointing experience with acupuncture. I've previously had successful acupuncture treatments elsewhere, but the individual who treated me here was frequently absent from the room - leaving about 15 times during the session for acupuncture and massage. The treatment dragged on for 1.5 hours due to her constant interruptions. Unfortunately, my neck felt worse post-treatment, and a week later, my pain has intensified beyond my initial visit. I fear she may have caused nerve damage. There is a call box at the address to press so they let you in but when I arrived, a person came down without me buzzing and let me inside. 60 minute back rub = $55, 15 min foot rub $15 which I think is a great deal. Definitely a popular place. Looked clean and didn’t feel sketchy at all. Rooms are separated by curtains and then they have a separate area for reflexology. When I arrived exactly 10 minutes late, there was no one waiting and the barbers were idle. The front desk person acted as if we were an hour late, and given the situation, they could have accommodated me. I traveled all the way from Brooklyn for my haircut, and it's truly disappointing.
