Genesis & his hands were a blessing. I came to him after 3 post op massages with another provider. Those massages were child's play. The experience paled in comparison. However, during my recent visit, I requested the same taper fade two block cut from the female barber. Unfortunately, the result did not meet my expectations. While I acknowledge that each barber has unique skills, the outcome was simply unacceptable. Despite my reservations, I paid and tipped accordingly. Evelyn is incredibly skilled! The room is charming, and receiving a treatment from her (or Alex!) is a delightful experience. I have always approached getting my eyebrows done with caution...wherever I went, they always overdid it, or they were uneven, etc. True Beauty nails it every time, it's practically painless, and I can unwind when I visit and have a nice chat instead of lying there anxious about what I'll see in the mirror afterward. I've also had my eyebrows tinted and a bikini wax there, and it was fantastic!

I recently went to this medical center for a Covid-19 PCR test. The employees were extremely courteous and supportive. They advised me to return tomorrow for the results since I require them urgently for an overseas trip. I'm keeping my hopes up. I trust I'll receive the results promptly. Initially, I was a bit confused as it was my first time at this medical center with numerous departments, but I later discovered that all the staff I interacted with were exceptionally polite and helpful.

I had to return for corrections as there was a communication issue with my stylist the second time. Despite requesting simple layers and face-framing, I left with a completely different hairstyle that I am not happy with. For the price I paid, I expected better service.About
