Evelyn is incredibly skilled! The room is charming, and receiving a treatment from her (or Alex!) is a delightful experience. I have always approached getting my eyebrows done with caution...wherever I went, they always overdid it, or they were uneven, etc. True Beauty nails it every time, it's practically painless, and I can unwind when I visit and have a nice chat instead of lying there anxious about what I'll see in the mirror afterward. I've also had my eyebrows tinted and a bikini wax there, and it was fantastic!

I visited this salon for the first time to have my roots bleached, touched up, colored, and trimmed. The service was exceptional! Elaine was incredibly kind and did a fantastic job with my trim. I also want to mention the lovely lady who did a beautiful job with my hair bleaching, although I can't recall her name. Despite a slight language barrier, she even brought me a snack as I was there for a while during the processing. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of work. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely return soon! I noticed a new establishment near my residence and managed to secure an evening appointment within 20 minutes. Booking online was a breeze. The place is inviting and clean. The massage I received was truly one of the best I've ever had. I opted for the 60-minute body massage and 30-minute foot massage with Wen, and she was exceptional. The prices are very reasonable. I have only tried sugaring before, so this was my first experience with a Brazilian Wax, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and painless it was! It was much more relaxing than sugaring, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The conversation was great, and all the hair was effectively removed. I especially appreciated the post-wax oils that kept my skin hydrated and free of ingrown hairs. I visited a shop to get a flat back earring for my helix piercing that didn't heal properly from a previous piercing (not done at this shop). The staff was very helpful and informative, with one of their piercers even examining my ear and providing care and treatment advice. It was a great experience, and I love my new 14K earring!About

Yoshi is a master at her work! Let me start off by saying that this is the first time I’ve ever visited her salon, and my experience was celebrity stylist quality to say the least, and I couldn’t have been happier. Her skills her knowledge experience is unmatched. I felt like I was being treated like a movie star. This was my first time doing Japanese hair, straightening known as thermal reconditioning. It was fantastic. She spoke to me, broke everything down as how everything was going to go down. The process was simple and we spoke the entire time. My fiancée was present with me, and she can agree. She had a great time at the salon. She said she felt like she was in a spa. I’d like to thank Yoshi for this experience, and I will be returning for my touchups within 4-6 months and I’m looking forward to my Hair journey with her. I do recommend friends and family to visit the salon. If looking to get their hair straightened by a professional, she knows her stuff book immediately don’t think twice just book. This was my premiere visit to this spot and I’m let down. I spied reviews online and opted to reserve a silk press for an upcoming birthday. I reached my appointment punctually and my stylist was on hand and got right to work. She offered me some counsel on flat ironing my hair at home and some product recommendations. She was kind and easy to collaborate with. Why 2 stars? I reserved a silk press with cut/trim and I did not receive a silk press. My hair looks more like a blow out that I did myself and this is only HOURS after I departed the shop. While my hair feels soft, it is also a tad dry. The trim I got was decent, but I think more should’ve been taken off. My hair I observed also had a slight burnt scent as I walked home. Unbeatable price for an intense massage. I usually need to ask masseurs for more pressure. Here, when I requested a lighter touch, the masseur responded with a firm “no lighter” as he applied pressure with his elbow to my scapula, and we shared a laugh.
