It was my first experience and it's amazing. My hair was fluffy, after the procedure it became so pleasant to the touch, smooth and shiny. I also really liked the scalp detox, after that the hair stayed clean longer. But I think without Nelly it wouldn't make such sense because she is super professional! My teenage lad and I visit Ray for cuts and hues. Ray is an artist and hair wizard, skilled in his craft. My hair is thick and curly. Ray did a stellar job on my balayage, still getting praise months later. He also gives my son trendy cuts and fades. He's kind and has a cozy salon in the LES. I waited until 10:10 and nobody showed up - the place was closed. I am very disappointed.
