This feedback is long overdue but better late than never! I had a fantastic experience at Maple Leaf Rehab in Cascade Valley after a knee surgery last year. Jamie Kim, Liora, and the rest of the PT team kept me in top form throughout my recovery, and also kept me grounded, pulling me out of the initial weeks of immobility, eventually getting me back to full capacity. I eagerly anticipated every PT session! Each therapist at this facility is a skilled and empathetic pro. They are all approachable, will push you, and want you to excel in your strength and healing! Avoid spending money here! I made a booking and upon arriving promptly, I was instructed to return in 60 minutes. After waiting at a bagel spot across the street, I returned and requested a 60-minute massage. It commenced with an extra 20-minute wait before they began. The therapist was just okay, not exceptional like other places I've visited in the area. My main concern was that they attempted to cut my session short. At the 45-minute mark, the timer beeped, signaling the end, but after some discussion, I managed to get the remaining 15 minutes of my below-average massage. This salon is by far the worst I have ever visited. Despite not usually leaving reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. As someone who regularly gets dip manicures with tips, I can confidently say this place does not meet the standard. While needing 2 tips for my broken nails, the technician attempted to remove my dip using a nail file instead of a drill, which was readily available. She even used a METROCARD for removal, which is highly unsanitary. My nails are weak due to frequent manicures, and I had to ask her to be careful, but the process was still rough. Another technician applied a tip on one finger but used gauze and eyebrow scissors on the next, resulting in a nail resembling Donald Duck's beak. The service took 2 hours, and finding the salon was a challenge as it was hidden on the third floor behind a discreet doorway. I fear this $70 manicure won't last a week, especially after one nail fell off in just 4 days. I strongly advise against visiting this place.About

My mom, aunt, and I visited this location on 3/1/24 and had a wonderful time. From the start, Caroline warmly welcomed us and helped us find what we wanted. The entire staff was friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Ashley took care of all three of us (2 helix piercings and 1 tragus piercing), and it was nearly painless! It was my first experience and it's amazing. My hair was fluffy, after the procedure it became so pleasant to the touch, smooth and shiny. I also really liked the scalp detox, after that the hair stayed clean longer. But I think without Nelly it wouldn't make such sense because she is super professional! During the massage, the therapist inquired if I wanted a facial treatment, which lasted less than 2 minutes... If the extra $20 was for that... My friend and I came in for scalp treatments about a week ago. We loved the process and results. My scalp felt like it was opened up and breathing again. I was taken care of by Alex, he was really helpful and kind. He gave me probably the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. I’m usually really sensitive to getting it cut short, but he proved to me that I’m just going to people who don’t have the kind of experience he does. I am so happy with my results. My friends experience was a little different, once her scalp treatment was done and she was getting her hair blown out. She was moved around to 3 different hair stylists to finish the blow out. One of them being the owner, I do feel that if this is your salon, you should take things into your own hands and make sure your clients are taken care of properly. It would’ve been nice to be acknowledged by the owner as it was our first time. Although, her hair turned out absolutely beautiful. Diego at the front desk and over the phone was incredible, I really thought the salon was his until I went online and saw a picture of Miguel.About
