Evelyn is incredibly skilled! The room is charming, and receiving a treatment from her (or Alex!) is a delightful experience. I have always approached getting my eyebrows done with caution...wherever I went, they always overdid it, or they were uneven, etc. True Beauty nails it every time, it's practically painless, and I can unwind when I visit and have a nice chat instead of lying there anxious about what I'll see in the mirror afterward. I've also had my eyebrows tinted and a bikini wax there, and it was fantastic!

I visited this salon for the first time to have my roots bleached, touched up, colored, and trimmed. The service was exceptional! Elaine was incredibly kind and did a fantastic job with my trim. I also want to mention the lovely lady who did a beautiful job with my hair bleaching, although I can't recall her name. Despite a slight language barrier, she even brought me a snack as I was there for a while during the processing. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of work. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely return soon! I have only tried sugaring before, so this was my first experience with a Brazilian Wax, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and painless it was! It was much more relaxing than sugaring, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The conversation was great, and all the hair was effectively removed. I especially appreciated the post-wax oils that kept my skin hydrated and free of ingrown hairs.
