I visited a shop to get a flat back earring for my helix piercing that didn't heal properly from a previous piercing (not done at this shop). The staff was very helpful and informative, with one of their piercers even examining my ear and providing care and treatment advice. It was a great experience, and I love my new 14K earring!About

AVOID THIS PLACE! This was my second visit to the salon. The first time, I was charged significantly less for the same service. I had to return for corrections as there was a communication issue with my stylist the second time. Despite requesting simple layers and face-framing, I left with a completely different hairstyle that I am not happy with. For the price I paid, I expected better service.About

The front desk person acted as if we were an hour late, and given the situation, they could have accommodated me. I traveled all the way from Brooklyn for my haircut, and it's truly disappointing.
