We were able to bypass lines, had access to a private lounge to relax in before the tour, and had a knowledgeable guide to provide us with information about the building's history. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The tour was exceptional, the entire building was stunning, and the experience was flawless. I cannot recommend it enough, and if you have the means, definitely opt for the VIP passes.
