Absolutely unprofessional! Avoid at all costs.
I had to return because Alexia botched the initial color job. After 3 hours and a payment of $340, I definitely did not resemble a blonde. I immediately pointed out that the color was incorrect. Alexia mentioned on Instagram that I could return for up to 6 blonde stripes fixed for free, but any additional corrections would incur extra charges. When I arrived for the second appointment to rectify the mistake, I discovered that it had been canceled due to the colorist's illness (seriously?). No one bothered to inform me. Instead of a simple apology and a promise to reschedule, the owner verbally attacked me, claiming I arrived with orange hair and that they had fixed it. Who treats new clients in such a disrespectful manner? Timothy, your behavior was rude and uncalled for. You have shown your true colors. I wish you peace and happiness in your life. Typically, I adore my dip manicures here, but during my recent visit with Linda, she utilized a different technique. Unfortunately, my nails have already begun chipping and cracking just one week later. Moreover, it took her nearly an hour solely to remove my previous dip manicure. She applied some kind of clear adhesive-looking substance on my nails that air-dried, as opposed to the usual method of finishing with a gel coat. Having had over 5 dip manicures at other salons, I am uncertain about what she was even doing!
