My recent visit was a nightmare, and I won't return. Despite previous satisfactory visits, this time was a disaster. I went for a Gel-X soak off, which took nearly two hours. I was passed between technicians, mainly the owner/manager who seemed inexperienced, cut me with the dremel, and used her nails instead of tools. The job was incomplete, and Judy finished it rudely, shaking my arm forcefully. Cuticles were left unattended, no polish was applied, yet I was charged $49 for a "manicure" I didn't receive. The manager pressured me to tip via Venmo. It's a pity because other technicians seemed nice, but witnessing a client wait for an hour past their appointment time was unacceptable. My first spa experience was a good one. The facility was clean, organized, and staff were constantly cleaning and restocking. Towels and slippers were provided. Locker rooms had amenities like blow dryers, scrunchies, lotions, face wash, mouthwash, and more. There are 3 plunge pools - hot, medium, and cold. I preferred the hot pool at 104 degrees. The medium was a bit cool, and the cold was too chilly for me at 50 degrees. There are also 3 saunas at different temperatures, including a steam sauna. I had a 50-minute massage which was good but left me sore for a few days. I also tried a scrub which left me oily, requiring a rinse before getting back in the pool. The place got crowded as the day went on. I went on a Tuesday and it was quite busy. They have a food area with liquor available, but it's pricey. Overall, not a bad first spa experience, conveniently located in Brooklyn. No phones allowed in the spa area.About

I strongly advise against booking wedding hair at this salon. I was utterly dismayed by how the proprietor styled us bridesmaids. Despite spending a significant amount of money here, we had to completely redo our own hair just an hour before the wedding. She was curt and pushy with all of us, leaving us uncomfortable to voice our concerns and request hair fixes. It is unbelievable that a professional would allow such subpar hair to leave their salon. If I could, I would give this salon zero stars. Here is the photo I provided for inspiration and the actual outcome of my hair. I thought it was a joke when she claimed I was finished and hurried me out of the chair. She owes the bride a refund. I am awaiting the owner's response, expecting her to shift blame onto us as seen in previous negative reviews. There is no justification for this level of service.About

Also, you can text to set up an appointment which is super easy and convenient. Trainers work with you to target specific areas and work WONDERS.
