I scheduled an appointment to have my hair styled with curls. I requested a full head of curls from the roots. The stylist complained that my hair was snagging on her jeweled nails and stopped styling, citing difficulty. When I expressed dissatisfaction with the outcome, she brought the manager over and accused me of being rude. The manager called another stylist to assist, who mentioned being busy with another client but still attempted to style my hair. Throughout, I reiterated my desire for curls on the top of my head as well. They all complained about my long hair and insisted that was the best they could do. I was advised to use hairspray later. I was charged $77 plus tax for a formal style, which turned out to be the worst job I had ever seen. I ended up in tears and had to restyle my hair myself. Avoid booking here for hair services! On a positive note, April did an exceptional job on my lashes. She is incredibly helpful, kind, and professional.
