I wasn't informed that the 5th floor was designated for women only until 5 pm (I arrived at 2 pm, with a 3-hour limit). There were no clear signs indicating this. I paid the full price unknowingly and couldn't access everything I paid for. This was misleading and deceitful. Even the Manager acknowledged the need to inform customers about this policy. Yes, it's essential. Nowhere on the voucher does it mention this. They claim it's in the fine print??? When using a voucher, I have already paid for the service I am purchasing. I have used vouchers in the past for massages and have never been asked for a “tax”. This establishment seems to be trying to extract more money from clients. Furthermore, the therapist attempted to pressure me into leaving a tip before the treatment. When have you ever left a tip before receiving a service, especially a massage?! In the massage room, the table was very rigid, and the only covering available was a towel with stains. Lastly, the therapist never inquired about which areas I wanted to focus on. I ended up lying on my back for the entire 60 minutes. The massage itself was decent, but the customer service was lacking.
