It was my first experience and it's amazing. My hair was fluffy, after the procedure it became so pleasant to the touch, smooth and shiny. I also really liked the scalp detox, after that the hair stayed clean longer. But I think without Nelly it wouldn't make such sense because she is super professional! I also want to mention the lovely lady who did a beautiful job with my hair bleaching, although I can't recall her name. Despite a slight language barrier, she even brought me a snack as I was there for a while during the processing. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of work. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely return soon!
