I highly suggest visiting Bobbi Pins!!! Alex gave me one of the greatest haircuts I've had in years! I usually keep my hair in a bun, but this cut makes me want to wear it down! Alex also added stunning caramel highlights that look fantastic! She took the time to evaluate my hair, discuss my preferences, and consider what I did and didn't like about previous haircuts/coloring. Besides having one of the finest hair experiences in a very long time, Alex is incredibly kind. She focused solely on me, making me feel pampered and beautiful. The salon is spotless, serene, and charming. I visited this salon for the first time to have my roots bleached, touched up, colored, and trimmed. The service was exceptional! Elaine was incredibly kind and did a fantastic job with my trim. I also want to mention the lovely lady who did a beautiful job with my hair bleaching, although I can't recall her name. Despite a slight language barrier, she even brought me a snack as I was there for a while during the processing. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of work. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely return soon! I absolutely adored this place! River was a fantastic stylist who provided practical advice and ensured to consult with her colleagues to determine the best approach for my hair. Due to previous damage from another stylist at a different salon, we opted to skip a bleach and tone for now. Instead, she recommended a toner to even out the color of my hair and advised me to return in six weeks for a bleach and tone. I truly respect and value her honesty! Many would have simply done as I asked and taken my money, but River prioritized the health of my hair and my future plans. I am incredibly grateful for that! The salon has such a charming and lively atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit!About

This salon is by far the worst I have ever visited. Despite not usually leaving reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. As someone who regularly gets dip manicures with tips, I can confidently say this place does not meet the standard. While needing 2 tips for my broken nails, the technician attempted to remove my dip using a nail file instead of a drill, which was readily available. She even used a METROCARD for removal, which is highly unsanitary. My nails are weak due to frequent manicures, and I had to ask her to be careful, but the process was still rough. Another technician applied a tip on one finger but used gauze and eyebrow scissors on the next, resulting in a nail resembling Donald Duck's beak. The service took 2 hours, and finding the salon was a challenge as it was hidden on the third floor behind a discreet doorway. I fear this $70 manicure won't last a week, especially after one nail fell off in just 4 days. I strongly advise against visiting this place.About
