The technician claimed my brows were uneven and promised a fix, but honestly, I didn't notice any difference. It would have been nice if they had warned me about the steep price beforehand, especially since I was a new customer. Evelyn is incredibly skilled! The room is charming, and receiving a treatment from her (or Alex!) is a delightful experience. I have always approached getting my eyebrows done with caution...wherever I went, they always overdid it, or they were uneven, etc. True Beauty nails it every time, it's practically painless, and I can unwind when I visit and have a nice chat instead of lying there anxious about what I'll see in the mirror afterward. I've also had my eyebrows tinted and a bikini wax there, and it was fantastic!

Jamie Kim, Liora, and the rest of the PT team kept me in top form throughout my recovery, and also kept me grounded, pulling me out of the initial weeks of immobility, eventually getting me back to full capacity.
