WOW just WOW. I needed a good deep tissue massage and came here after some research. They were open late and had a $39 offer for a one hour full body massage. Alex was my therapist and she was great. She worked on most of the knots I had, she used hot stones and hot towels. They offer foot reflexology and private divided rooms for comfort. I was able to hear people talking in the other rooms but overall was nice with the relaxing music. It is disappointing that I have to leave this negative review. I arrived with high hopes and excitement, only to be completely let down by Tammy's service. During my full-body massage (which was not cheap), she informed me that she didn't have enough time to massage my legs - she bluntly stated "no way." She rushed through my head and shoulders with the remaining time. I was truly shocked. I have had massages at numerous places in various cities around the world, and I have never encountered a therapist who couldn't manage their 60 minutes. When I visited Envy, I expected a professional service from skilled individuals. Unfortunately, this therapist did not meet those expectations. It was my first time there, and I was contemplating getting a membership due to the convenient location. However, this experience has made me reconsider. Fortunately, the receptionist was very apologetic when I shared my experience and offered to pair me with a "much better" therapist next time. There is a call box at the address to press so they let you in but when I arrived, a person came down without me buzzing and let me inside. 60 minute back rub = $55, 15 min foot rub $15 which I think is a great deal. Definitely a popular place. Looked clean and didn’t feel sketchy at all. Rooms are separated by curtains and then they have a separate area for reflexology. I opted for the body scrub and 1-hour massage combo. My masseur, a skilled and charming American, provided a great service. However, the initial conversation with the receptionist was a bit awkward. There should be more effort put into communication, including explaining procedures, setting expectations, personal introductions, etc. It wasn't the most welcoming start, but I managed to navigate through it. The body scrub was fantastic, although the lighting was a bit too bright. The massage was equally enjoyable. While I don't recall the exact total cost, I do remember thinking that the overall price, including a generous tip, was justified.About
