I booked with Michelle, who was exceptional - friendly enough to chat but also allowed me to unwind and relish the treatment in peace. My hair has never felt or looked better. After a trim following the treatment, my split ends have significantly reduced. Drying my hair now takes just 10 minutes, and even after multiple washes with my regular shampoo and conditioner, my hair remains luxuriously soft. Highly recommend it!About

I wasn't informed that the 5th floor was designated for women only until 5 pm (I arrived at 2 pm, with a 3-hour limit). There were no clear signs indicating this. I paid the full price unknowingly and couldn't access everything I paid for. This was misleading and deceitful. Even the Manager acknowledged the need to inform customers about this policy. Yes, it's essential.
