I visited for a pedicure and gel X nail extensions. A nail technician named Alex served me. They began working on my nails and attached two nails that were not the correct size despite my repeated feedback. One of the nails was glued on crooked, and when I asked for a correction, they raised their voice at me and insisted on just filing it straight. The ill-fitting nail was causing discomfort, but instead of fixing it, they yelled at me, caused a scene, and refused to continue the service. Feeling uneasy, I chose to pay for the completed work and leave. Another nail technician helped trim the nails, and I opted not to stay for the nail soaking. This was the most unprofessional experience I've had. I do not recommend this place and will not return.
