I visited this establishment based on stellar feedback, but unfortunately, my visit was vastly different: I received a 60-minute massage for $60, but at payment, I was presented with a sign stating: Tip: $20, thus I had to pay $80 + taxes, nearly $90... During the massage, the therapist inquired if I wanted a facial treatment, which lasted less than 2 minutes... If the extra $20 was for that... Evelyn is incredibly skilled! The room is charming, and receiving a treatment from her (or Alex!) is a delightful experience. I have always approached getting my eyebrows done with caution...wherever I went, they always overdid it, or they were uneven, etc. True Beauty nails it every time, it's practically painless, and I can unwind when I visit and have a nice chat instead of lying there anxious about what I'll see in the mirror afterward. I've also had my eyebrows tinted and a bikini wax there, and it was fantastic!

Surila is AMAZING!! I have visited a few electrolysis centers and was not getting the outcomes I desired for my delightful facial hairs 😅😭. Anya addressed all my inquiries and ensured I felt at ease before proceeding with the treatment. I commenced regular microneedling sessions around May, and my skin has never appeared better just a few months later (after merely three sessions) -- it's truly like magic. My skin appears more luminous and evenly textured, my pores seem significantly smaller, and I rarely experience breakouts anymore. Additionally, I've noticed a remarkable change in my makeup application now that I have a smoother skin canvas, preventing my makeup from appearing flaky or uneven. I don't even need as much makeup now because my skin looks stunning and radiant on its own! Jamie Kim, Liora, and the rest of the PT team kept me in top form throughout my recovery, and also kept me grounded, pulling me out of the initial weeks of immobility, eventually getting me back to full capacity. I eagerly anticipated every PT session! Each therapist at this facility is a skilled and empathetic pro. They are all approachable, will push you, and want you to excel in your strength and healing! I frequently stroll past this establishment and decided to visit for the first time tonight to have my gel x removed. I neglected to peruse the feedback, and now I regret it. Initially, (like others) they attempted to lift the gel x ends with a transit pass and then resorted to using a drill, excessively shaving them down to the point of discomfort. I couldn't retrieve my credit card from my wallet without causing pain to myself and ended up in tears on my way home.
