Seems like a bit of a rip-off! $41 for eyebrow threading feels excessive. The procedure took less than 10 minutes, and then they expected me to shell out $41. The technician claimed my brows were uneven and promised a fix, but honestly, I didn't notice any difference. It would have been nice if they had warned me about the steep price beforehand, especially since I was a new customer. I also really liked the scalp detox, after that the hair stayed clean longer. But I think without Nelly it wouldn't make such sense because she is super professional! Evelyn is incredibly skilled! The room is charming, and receiving a treatment from her (or Alex!) is a delightful experience. I have always approached getting my eyebrows done with caution...wherever I went, they always overdid it, or they were uneven, etc. True Beauty nails it every time, it's practically painless, and I can unwind when I visit and have a nice chat instead of lying there anxious about what I'll see in the mirror afterward. I've also had my eyebrows tinted and a bikini wax there, and it was fantastic!

Jamie Kim, Liora, and the rest of the PT team kept me in top form throughout my recovery, and also kept me grounded, pulling me out of the initial weeks of immobility, eventually getting me back to full capacity. I eagerly anticipated every PT session! Each therapist at this facility is a skilled and empathetic pro. They are all approachable, will push you, and want you to excel in your strength and healing! The therapist was just okay, not exceptional like other places I've visited in the area. My main concern was that they attempted to cut my session short. At the 45-minute mark, the timer beeped, signaling the end, but after some discussion, I managed to get the remaining 15 minutes of my below-average massage. I had a fantastic, swift, and cost-effective experience at "The Spot" on a Tuesday afternoon. Alex was able to assist me promptly. They aided in the positioning for the flat part and carefully placed the third piercing on my ear lobes (both sides) due to one ear being larger. In the end, the placements were spot on! The whole process took about 10-15 minutes and the total cost (including the jewelry) was $103 for three piercings. Alex had a great sense of humor and was very helpful, enhancing the overall experience. I frequently stroll past this establishment and decided to visit for the first time tonight to have my gel x removed. I neglected to peruse the feedback, and now I regret it. Initially, (like others) they attempted to lift the gel x ends with a transit pass and then resorted to using a drill, excessively shaving them down to the point of discomfort. I couldn't retrieve my credit card from my wallet without causing pain to myself and ended up in tears on my way home.
