Initially, (like others) they attempted to lift the gel x ends with a transit pass and then resorted to using a drill, excessively shaving them down to the point of discomfort. I couldn't retrieve my credit card from my wallet without causing pain to myself and ended up in tears on my way home. My fiancée was present with me, and she can agree. She had a great time at the salon. She said she felt like she was in a spa.
