I've previously had successful acupuncture treatments elsewhere, but the individual who treated me here was frequently absent from the room - leaving about 15 times during the session for acupuncture and massage. The treatment dragged on for 1.5 hours due to her constant interruptions. Unfortunately, my neck felt worse post-treatment, and a week later, my pain has intensified beyond my initial visit. I fear she may have caused nerve damage. Jamie Kim, Liora, and the rest of the PT team kept me in top form throughout my recovery, and also kept me grounded, pulling me out of the initial weeks of immobility, eventually getting me back to full capacity. The therapist was just okay, not exceptional like other places I've visited in the area. My main concern was that they attempted to cut my session short. At the 45-minute mark, the timer beeped, signaling the end, but after some discussion, I managed to get the remaining 15 minutes of my below-average massage.
