Etty is truly exceptional! They are incredibly meticulous and ensure to remove as much hair as possible in each session. I have been a loyal client for over a year now, and the transformation is evident! My appointments have gone from lasting 60 minutes weekly to just 30 minutes every 2-3 weeks. Not only that, but Etty is exceptionally compassionate and understanding. They always accommodate my last-minute appointments, going above and beyond by staying an extra hour after closing time for a session. Electrolysis can be quite painful, but Etty truly eases the discomfort. I cannot recommend them enough!

Taylor is a true expert in the field. Glamour Nails is exceptionally modern, spotless, and the team is welcoming. Today, I had an appointment with Bella for a basic pedicure and gel manicure, and she was exceptional. This feedback is long overdue but better late than never! I had a fantastic experience at Maple Leaf Rehab in Cascade Valley after a knee surgery last year. Jamie Kim, Liora, and the rest of the PT team kept me in top form throughout my recovery, and also kept me grounded, pulling me out of the initial weeks of immobility, eventually getting me back to full capacity. I eagerly anticipated every PT session! Each therapist at this facility is a skilled and empathetic pro. They are all approachable, will push you, and want you to excel in your strength and healing! The nail polish application was decent, but my primary reason for the appointment was for a manicure, which involves caring for the hands, and unfortunately, that was lacking. The person who did my nails didn't even trim my cuticles; she pretended to do so, but I could see that she wasn't actually cutting them. It was quite frustrating as they clearly lack the skills to provide a proper manicure. On top of that, I had to tip her, and for what? Not receiving a proper manicure??? Very disappointed!!!! At the 45-minute mark, the timer beeped, signaling the end, but after some discussion, I managed to get the remaining 15 minutes of my below-average massage.
