Don’t waste your time or money. I ended up with roots a completely different hue my lengths. When I asked to fix the lengths to match I was refused. If I wanted two tone hair, I could have done that myself instead of paying $200. I was told this is what I asked for - the stylist mixed the color without even showing me swatches first. Your definition of chestnut isn’t universal lady. 🌰 this is not what shade my hair ended up. When I asked for my layers to be blended it more I was told “no one will notice when you curl your hair” - that’s nice but I wear my hair straight and if I’m paying for a cut, I shouldn’t have to worry about hiding mistakes so “no one will notice” - I should leave with hair looking good. If you can’t cut or dye hair, maybe you shouldn’t be working at a hair salon, but what do I know? Practically shooed me out the door when I asked for it to be fixed. Extremely dissatisfied with the service here. The haircut was passable, but after washing it myself, I noticed it was uneven. I had to visit another salon to fix the highlights. The front part of my hair was notably darker, especially on one side, as if some areas were completely missed. When I brought this up to the stylist, she insisted that's how highlights are supposed to look and disagreed with me. The back was longer than the sides, resembling a mullet. The front had uneven lengths, and my sideburns were carelessly chopped off without regard for their original length. I had to return because Alexia botched the initial color job. After 3 hours and a payment of $340, I definitely did not resemble a blonde. I immediately pointed out that the color was incorrect. Alexia mentioned on Instagram that I could return for up to 6 blonde stripes fixed for free, but any additional corrections would incur extra charges. When I arrived for the second appointment to rectify the mistake, I discovered that it had been canceled due to the colorist's illness (seriously?). No one bothered to inform me. Instead of a simple apology and a promise to reschedule, the owner verbally attacked me, claiming I arrived with orange hair and that they had fixed it. Who treats new clients in such a disrespectful manner? Timothy, your behavior was rude and uncalled for. You have shown your true colors. I wish you peace and happiness in your life.
