The studio is pleasant, I had my lashes done there twice. Unfortunately, the second time they all fell out in nearly 2 weeks... The staff is really kind and attractive but the manager was quite rude. After I explained the situation and lodged a complaint, they offered me a 10% discount, but I declined. I never returned. My recent visit was a letdown, a loyal customer for years. 5th Ave spot made changes, moving the studio downstairs to the shopping area. They removed comfy chairs for both clients and brow specialists, impacting the end result. No privacy, all eyes on you from inside and outside. Studio now near elevator and their storage, constant foot traffic, loud and uncomfortable. No waiting area, standing only. Unhappy about the change, couldn't wait to leave. After 5+ years, won't return. Hope those responsible see this, losing long-term clients for comfort, privacy, and top-notch service. They use exceptional Korean skincare products, so my usually sensitive skin was the happiest it has been in years. I have frequented this establishment for several years, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. I requested a full-body massage followed by a 30-minute foot massage. However, they insisted on conducting the foot massage in the front chairs, which I knew were not cleaned or changed regularly. Despite my reservations, I proceeded. After the foot massage, they claimed to be too busy to provide the full 30-minute back massage and instead offered a chair massage, which I declined. To add to the frustration, a male customer who arrived after my friend and me was taken in for a massage before us. We visit for quality massages, so this treatment was perplexing.
