The studio is pleasant, I had my lashes done there twice. Unfortunately, the second time they all fell out in nearly 2 weeks... The staff is really kind and attractive but the manager was quite rude. After I explained the situation and lodged a complaint, they offered me a 10% discount, but I declined. I never returned. I initially visited for the Swedish and armpit sugaring service but then it was recommended that I try the kelp wax because it’s less painful and just as effective as sugaring. BEST DECISION EVER! Riley waxed me down and she worked so quickly and surprisingly the complete leg service without the kelp wax was the most painful but still bearable! I came for the complete leg service with regular honey wax and was finished in under an hour with all 3 services completed. I must mention, they do utilize the roll-on wax as their standard so if cleanliness is a concern for you, definitely choose something else. Both the receptionist and Riley were extremely kind, reassuring, and helpful.
