Had an unpleasant experience today. I entered to find a specific item for my spouse. I have no knowledge about makeup, so I simply brought in her old liner. When I inquired if they had it, all I received was, "We don't carry this product here," without even attempting to help me find something similar. I have been to other Ultas, and let me tell you, the customer service there is much better. No assistance, I practically had to keep asking for help... In short, I will not be returning there ever again.

I visited Ulta this afternoon and upon entering, I was warmly greeted by all the staff members. The women there are always extremely helpful and fantastic. I was seeking a color match and Kelly promptly assisted me. She was truly wonderful - kind and nice. Every time she helps me, I feel at ease conversing with her because she consistently recommends products that are beneficial for my skin type. She excels at thoroughly explaining everything to you. I must also mention Alva, who assisted me during checkout. She was very sweet, with a pleasant personality and provided excellent customer service. Such a fantastic team they have.

Avoid coming here to redeem your points. I attempted to redeem them twice. The first time was for my diamond member gift. The associate informed me that I had to search for the product myself. None of the products were on display, and when I inquired again, she acknowledged she knew and apologized! The second time was for my birthday gift. This time, I consulted the manager. She directed me to the front. I selected an item from the box, and then the associate stated it wasn't part of the gift. Why have it in the box labeled "Birthday Gift" then? I will soon be redeeming my points elsewhere and taking my business elsewhere.
