Had an unpleasant experience today. I entered to find a specific item for my spouse. I have no knowledge about makeup, so I simply brought in her old liner. When I inquired if they had it, all I received was, "We don't carry this product here," without even attempting to help me find something similar. I have been to other Ultas, and let me tell you, the customer service there is much better. No assistance, I practically had to keep asking for help... In short, I will not be returning there ever again.

I absolutely adore this hair salon. It's truly exceptional. I frequented this salon often in my youth, and recently had my first acrylic nails done here - they're absolutely stunning. The quality is a perfect 10, and once you experience this salon, you won't want to go anywhere else. I visited this location yesterday. I voiced my discomfort throughout, but the individual continued to tend to the bleeding. It was quite agonizing. I have always had positive experiences at salons and enjoyed the service, but this time I regret not speaking up and halting the service when I felt pain. It has been less than a day, and my toe is now infected. I am applying antibiotics. The individual was very forceful in cutting and pulling the skin.
I attempted to reach out to the establishment initially, but there is no website and no response to calls.
