I am perplexed by the abundance of positive reviews for this shop. This was my initial and sole encounter with the establishment. After reading a review where an individual mentioned waiting endlessly in the lobby without any assistance, I assumed it might have been an isolated incident. However, my experience proved otherwise. I waited for 40 minutes along with three other groups who arrived after me for piercings. Despite the crowded lobby and audible conversations from the back room, no staff member approached to offer assistance. I even attempted to contact the shop by phone, to no avail. Basic communication regarding their schedule would have sufficed. It is disheartening to see establishments employ individuals who exude arrogance and disregard for customer service. I ultimately left and sought services elsewhere, where I was promptly greeted, attended to, and received exceptional service.
I recently had a double helix piercing done by Leon, and I absolutely adore it! His efficiency was remarkable. I would not hesitate to return for more piercings or even my next tattoo at this establishment.
Approximately a year ago, I received my first tattoo from George, who did an outstanding job. The entire team I interacted with that day was warm and conducted themselves in a professional manner. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I look forward to returning.
