I am perplexed by the abundance of positive reviews for this shop. This was my initial and sole encounter with the establishment. After reading a review where an individual mentioned waiting endlessly in the lobby without any assistance, I assumed it might have been an isolated incident. However, my experience proved otherwise. I waited for 40 minutes along with three other groups who arrived after me for piercings. Despite the crowded lobby and audible conversations from the back room, no staff member approached to offer assistance. I even attempted to contact the shop by phone, to no avail. Basic communication regarding their schedule would have sufficed. It is disheartening to see establishments employ individuals who exude arrogance and disregard for customer service. I ultimately left and sought services elsewhere, where I was promptly greeted, attended to, and received exceptional service.
