ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The proprietor verbally attacked and harassed my companion and me when we attempted to negotiate a price for a tattoo that was exorbitantly priced. Although we expressed our understanding of their pricing, we mentioned that we had received more intricate work for a lower cost in the past. Politely declining the initial offer, we tried to depart. However, the owner then proposed a more reasonable price to avoid losing the deal, but insisted on prepayment. After processing the payment, he hurled insults at us, labeling us as "broke" and even threw his car keys, disdainfully remarking that we would never attain such wealth. He went as far as derogatorily referring to us as "ghetto" for not accepting the initial quote, despite offering a lower price later. When we requested a smaller print of the design as it was larger than our inspiration photos, they callously questioned if we intended to waste printer paper and made inappropriate remarks about our future weight gain. Fed up with the disrespectful behavior, we opted not to proceed with the service and requested a refund, which the owner adamantly refused, citing a strict no-refund policy even for undelivered services. At that point, the money was insignificant compared to the appalling treatment we endured, so we left without a refund.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! The service was rushed and solely focused on monetary gain. The individual lacked proper hygiene practices and failed to sanitize my belly button before piercing. Additionally, the procedure should have been done while lying down, ensuring proper alignment and using the correct jewelry, not a nipple ring. Anticipating difficulty in obtaining a refund, I am dissatisfied with the crooked appearance of my belly button piercing. A definite thumbs down for me.

Today, I purchased a belly button ring at an excessively high price ($25) for a basic single piece. Upon reviewing my statement, I noticed an extra $7 charged by the attendant, contrary to the agreed amount. I was under the impression that $25 was the final cost. Disappointed by this experience, I will not be making any future purchases from them and do not recommend their services. If possible, I would rate them 0 stars.
