The environment was pristine and fragrant, making for the best possible experience. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The proprietor verbally attacked and harassed my companion and me when we attempted to negotiate a price for a tattoo that was exorbitantly priced. Although we expressed our understanding of their pricing, we mentioned that we had received more intricate work for a lower cost in the past. Politely declining the initial offer, we tried to depart. However, the owner then proposed a more reasonable price to avoid losing the deal, but insisted on prepayment. After processing the payment, he hurled insults at us, labeling us as "broke" and even threw his car keys, disdainfully remarking that we would never attain such wealth. He went as far as derogatorily referring to us as "ghetto" for not accepting the initial quote, despite offering a lower price later. When we requested a smaller print of the design as it was larger than our inspiration photos, they callously questioned if we intended to waste printer paper and made inappropriate remarks about our future weight gain. Fed up with the disrespectful behavior, we opted not to proceed with the service and requested a refund, which the owner adamantly refused, citing a strict no-refund policy even for undelivered services. I must express my dissatisfaction with my recent parlor experience. While the eyebrow shaping was satisfactory, the Herbal Facial I received for $35 was subpar. The elderly lady who performed the facial barely massaged my face for a total of 5 minutes, disappearing for extended periods in between. It felt like I could have easily applied a face mask at home! Additionally, she neglected to change the water and napkin as required after each step.
Despite her attempts to upsell me to a $65 facial, I opted for the $50 deep cleansing treatment, which she claimed at the time of payment.
