❌❌❌ I must express my dissatisfaction with my recent parlor experience. While the eyebrow shaping was satisfactory, the Herbal Facial I received for $35 was subpar. The elderly lady who performed the facial barely massaged my face for a total of 5 minutes, disappearing for extended periods in between. It felt like I could have easily applied a face mask at home! Additionally, she neglected to change the water and napkin as required after each step. Despite her attempts to upsell me to a $65 facial, I opted for the $50 deep cleansing treatment, which she claimed at the time of payment. However, her service was so poor that I found no reason to leave a tip, despite her persistent requests.
