Only one star as the upper portion of my hair smells nice. My usual salon was closed, so I inquired about the price for a wash and blowout. They said to come over as they were open. I should have taken that as a warning. They were clueless about blowouts and insisted on straightening my naturally wavy hair. The use of a curling iron resulted in heat damage. A simple task took an hour and a half and damaged my hair. Not a pleasant experience.
I've frequented Mintys for 15 years now. I highly suggest this spot. Quite cost-effective and they deliver quality service!
I would not recommend Minty's for hair services, but they do well with eyebrows. I initially requested highlights and had to return the next day for a 'fix,' which only made it worse. I had to trim off two inches due to this mishap. Furthermore, their lack of professionalism is glaring. I was told to arrive at 12 pm, but she was late both days.
