Only one star as the upper portion of my hair smells nice. My usual salon was closed, so I inquired about the price for a wash and blowout. They said to come over as they were open. I should have taken that as a warning. They were clueless about blowouts and insisted on straightening my naturally wavy hair. The use of a curling iron resulted in heat damage. A simple task took an hour and a half and damaged my hair.
