This marks my second visit to this establishment. The first time, I was pleased with their service. However, just one week after my most recent appointment, my SNS nails are already chipped and cracked. Upon contacting them, their response was that since it had been 10 days, they would not address the issue. Had I reached out on day 2 or 3, they would have been more accommodating. I work at a daycare and take meticulous care of my nails, ensuring they are not subjected to undue stress. Nails should not be chipping or cracking after merely a week. Furthermore, when I mentioned that I had SNS, the staff member claimed they do not offer that service, despite it being synonymous with DIP POWDER.
