Zephyrhills Nail and Spa is a fantastic, welcoming spot to visit. Riley is a Nail Master, and experiencing a Pedicure is truly delightful and rejuvenating! I wholeheartedly suggest paying a visit!!!!
Today was my first time visiting. Opted for a "deep cleaning pedicure" with gel. It lacked the special touch that other nail salons typically include in their standard pricing. They billed me $55 just for that, plus $20 for the gel, which I agreed to as I was already there. Upon returning home, my foot looked like the photo. I couldn't be more let down; those $80 were the worst spent in my life! Never returning!
Visited on 11/13 for a simple gel manicure. The atmosphere was warm and spotless. Reasons for not awarding 5 stars: no soaking in water for cuticle care, which was unexpected. Cuticles were trimmed without moisture, leaving excess skin. The top coat application was messy, leading to overflow on nearly every nail (shown in photos) that I now have to fix myself. Additionally, unrelated to nails, a large koi fish in a tank seemed confined in a space too small, spending the appointment bumping into the tank walls, which was distressing.
