**UPDATE** I had my nails done on Saturday and underwent surgery on Monday. Two of my nails came off on Tuesday. I contacted the supervisor and encountered no issues. She instructed me to visit the following day and she rectified my nails; she was very kind and courteous. Her name is Yaun. Always request for her! She did an exceptional job! ***Original Post*** The interior is average. When I sat at the table, the nail technician did not greet me; she immediately started manipulating my fingers and inquiring about my color preferences. The nail technician was coughing and sniffling throughout the entire session without offering an apology, using her sleeve to wipe her nose, and displaying aggressive behavior. She persistently tugged and pulled on my hand without conversing. I requested a redo of my ombré as it appeared uneven, but she did not correct it; it worsened. They were unable to create a satisfactory design on my nail (both the nail technician and supervisor), so I had to alter my entire nail concept. It was unprofessional, uninspiring, and unwelcoming. Although my nails are aesthetically pleasing, they do not resemble the design I had requested (with provided references).
