Jennifer gave me the absolute worst haircut ever. If she'd just listen to her clients instead of talking so much, she might improve as a stylist, but I doubt it. I believe she lacks the necessary skills. I've never had such a terrible haircut until I encountered Jennifer. The person who recommended her was shocked when she saw my hair.
