Lisa does an excellent job, and I truly appreciate the care she puts into her work. She also helped me choose a beautiful nail color. However, I had a negative experience with the pedicure as an elderly lady accidentally broke my toenail. Additionally, there is usually a long wait even with an appointment. I've also encountered misinformation when trying to schedule appointments. Moving forward, I will be seeking services elsewhere on Northern Avenue.
The service took longer than expected, especially considering the outcome of my nails. The technician was very friendly and accommodating, and did a good job on my toes. However, the quality of my fingernails did not meet my expectations given the price. They were supposed to be square, but none of them look the same. The dip polish appears uneven and not smooth. Some tips were left unpolished. I am disappointed in the work done at this salon, which is why I stopped coming here over 4 years ago. On the bright side, the pedicure was excellent!
Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. This will now be our go-to spot for manicures and pedicures! The prices are very reasonable as well. The technicians have such impressive expertise, it's truly remarkable.
