“0 star” Made an appointment for my son a month ago, showed them what he wanted, and got an estimate. Waited 15 minutes past our appointment time only to be told there was a scheduling error and they couldn't do the requested hair color. The stylist was firm about not having time and claimed to be out of stock, despite us booking in advance. My son was upset and ended up in tears. The stylist, who said she was the manager, provided poor service and rushed through the appointment in less than 10 minutes. I remained polite throughout but was shocked by the unprofessionalism.
Awful haircuts. I had two bad experiences where my hair was unevenly cut. It appears like two different styles on each side of my head. Despite pointing out the unevenness, I was told it would look better styled at home. A large section was cut out incorrectly, and even after a second stylist tried to fix it, the unevenness remained.
Had a haircut and style by Jenn. She did a fantastic job, exactly as I wanted. Jenn was friendly, attentive, and made me feel at ease. I will definitely return for her services!
