“0 star” Made an appointment for my son a month ago, showed them what he wanted, and got an estimate. Waited 15 minutes past our appointment time only to be told there was a scheduling error and they couldn't do the requested hair color. The stylist was firm about not having time and claimed to be out of stock, despite us booking in advance. My son was upset and ended up in tears. The stylist, who said she was the manager, provided poor service and rushed through the appointment in less than 10 minutes.
