So I actually wasn't going to leave a review, but after receiving a solicitation call at 7pm this evening about a service that I got a consultation about at the end of July & passed on, I feel the need to leave a review about my disappointing experience.

I visit Creations and have the pleasure of being styled by Natalie K, who is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about the well-being of her clients. Natalie K pays meticulous attention to detail when working on my hair and bangs. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her.

Dr. Taylor Mitcheltree is more than a mere chiropractor. He attentively listens and applies various techniques for any issues you may be facing. Amy and Devin are among the finest massage therapists available; trust me, I've explored extensively in that realm. I appreciate the convenience of online booking and the multiple reminders provided. This place is a must-visit. They offer a range of services beyond chiropractic care and massage therapy.

Brianna is not only exceptional at her artistry, but her professionalism and hygiene practices are exceptional. She dedicates time to explain the procedures and ensures my comfort at every step. I always leave feeling more self-assured and radiant. If you seek a lash technician and esthetician who genuinely prioritizes their clients and consistently delivers breathtaking results, Brianna is the one to choose!

I have been frequenting Lash up for approximately 3 years now. I've tried various eyelash extensions and salons. I've been getting eyelash extensions for around 5 years. So when I declare that this salon is EXCEPTIONAL, I truly mean it! The individuals working there are consistently helpful, kind, and skilled. Jaxi (the proprietor of the establishment) invests a significant amount of effort and time into developing their salon. You can genuinely perceive that everyone working there possesses a deep passion for their craft. I have been attended to by Delicia for 2.5 of the three years I've been a patron. She consistently delivers outstanding results, and my lashes endure for 3+ weeks. If you encounter any inquiries or concerns regarding their service, they are prompt in accommodating you and rectifying any issues. Most importantly, they do not view you as just a "customer" or someone solely there to spend money. As previously mentioned, they consistently exhibit compassion and support throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon to EVERYONE!!
