I have been frequenting Lash up for approximately 3 years now. I've tried various eyelash extensions and salons. I've been getting eyelash extensions for around 5 years. So when I declare that this salon is EXCEPTIONAL, I truly mean it! The individuals working there are consistently helpful, kind, and skilled. Jaxi (the proprietor of the establishment) invests a significant amount of effort and time into developing their salon. You can genuinely perceive that everyone working there possesses a deep passion for their craft. I have been attended to by Delicia for 2.5 of the three years I've been a patron. She consistently delivers outstanding results, and my lashes endure for 3+ weeks. If you encounter any inquiries or concerns regarding their service, they are prompt in accommodating you and rectifying any issues. Most importantly, they do not view you as just a "customer" or someone solely there to spend money. As previously mentioned, they consistently exhibit compassion and support throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon to EVERYONE!!
I had an absolutely fantastic appointment. The level of customer service is exceptional. I was fortunate to have two professionals, Bella and Amiya, attend to me. They ensured that I was completely satisfied with my makeup. They went the extra mile to ensure that my appearance was flawless. Would I endorse this establishment? ABSOLUTELY!!!! I will certainly be scheduling another appointment with them.
I adore this Salon, and I cherish my lash technician, Delicia. I have only been serviced by 3 individuals for my lashes, and the other 2 could not measure up to Delicia. I am not a simple client, as I have neurological conditions that cause my eyelids to twitch/flutter frequently. However, Delicia is incredibly kind and possesses the patience of a saint. Unlike the other 2 salons I visited before discovering Lashed Up, she has never made me feel inadequate or self-conscious about my condition. Not only is she a wonderful person, but she is also exceptional at her craft. I receive a fill every 2 weeks, yet even after this period, my lashes still appear stunning. In comparison to Lashed Out in East York and Golden Rays in New Freedom, I receive superior quality lashes, better pricing, and interact with better individuals.
