I visit Creations and have the pleasure of being styled by Natalie K, who is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about the well-being of her clients. Natalie K pays meticulous attention to detail when working on my hair and bangs. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her.
CAUTION CAUTION !!!!!! If you value your time, money, and hair, steer clear of this establishment. I requested a pink peekaboo but ended up with a red-purple color instead. Despite returning for a correction, the outcome was still unsatisfactory. When I raised my concerns to Joyce, the owner, she threatened legal action for theft of service after I requested a refund. I had spent over $500 on my hair, only to have it look like a DIY job gone wrong. The dye left stains on my face and neck, and I left the salon feeling disheartened. I shared before and after photos with Joyce to express my dissatisfaction, but she was uncooperative. This place will deceive you and treat you unfairly when seeking a refund!
The talented stylists at this establishment are skilled and proficient in their work! They collaborate effectively to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. New stylists undergo training with mannequins before being allowed to work on real clients, and they receive supervision and guidance as needed. The salon is kept clean and even offers a small coffee cart with a selection of beverages for clients to enjoy while waiting or during their appointment!
