We all know that there's a plethora of options when it comes to nail salons, and for me, the crucial factors include: location, pricing, cleanliness, technician's demeanor, and, of course, the end result of my nails. I found it challenging to rate Happiness Nails and Spa between 4-5 stars due to the following reasons: - Convenient location with easy parking in a safe area - Prices are on par with other nail salons in Orange County, but I wish there was a pedicure option between the basic and the next tier - The salon maintains cleanliness and the technicians use sanitized tools, but the wear and tear of the salon is visible - The staff, particularly Lana, Cathy, Amanda, and Nancy, always offer a warm welcome and friendly service
I'm puzzled as to why they struggle to retain skilled nail technicians. :/
