Absolutely dreadful. The service lasted a whopping 2.5 hours, rushed and unsatisfactory. When I requested corrections, the technician adamantly refused. The manager proceeded to berate the entire staff in front of a full store of customers. I paid $85 for a supposed gel coffin shape, only to find literal air bubbles underneath, a crooked and misshapen finish. The polish on my toes began peeling off in less than 24 hours, with 4 toes completely bare by the 48-hour mark. Clearly overpriced for such shoddy work.
